Cancellation & refund policy

This policy is being finalised and may change. For any question, contact us by hotline or WhatsApp.

1. If you cancel

7 days or more before departure: 100% of the deposit refunded. 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the deposit refunded. Less than 3 days, or no-show: 0% of the deposit refunded.

2. Changing the date

You can move your departure date once for free with at least 3 days' notice if the new date has seats; any price difference is settled.

3. If we cancel

If we cancel for weather, safety or too few travellers, you choose a new date or a 100% refund of what you paid.

4. Refund timing

Refunds go back to the account or card you paid with within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.

5. How to request

Call +84 900 000 000, message us on WhatsApp/Zalo or email booking@bacviet.travel with your booking code (BV-…).
