1. Service provider
This website is operated by Công ty TNHH Du lịch Bắc Việt (demo) (tax code 0100000000 (demo), tour operator licence 01-xxx/2026/TCDL-GP LHQT (demo)). Address: Số 1 Phố Demo, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội. Hotline: +84 900 000 000.
2. Booking a tour
The service contract is formed when you book and your deposit payment succeeds. You receive a confirmation email with your booking code.
3. Prices
Prices are in VND and include the services listed under "Included" for each tour. Services under "Not included" are paid by the traveller.
4. Traveller responsibilities
Provide accurate details, be on time for pick-up, carry valid ID and follow the guide's safety instructions.
5. Itinerary changes
For weather, safety or authority requirements we may adjust the itinerary and will tell you as early as possible.
6. Disputes
Both parties will first try to settle amicably; otherwise disputes are resolved under Vietnamese law.
