1. Data we collect
Name, email, phone number, number and ages of travellers, and the notes you send when booking. Card details are handled by the VNPay payment gateway; we never store card numbers.
2. Purpose
To make your booking, contact you about the trip, send confirmations and reminders, and meet accounting and tax obligations.
3. Sharing
Only what is needed is shared with the partners delivering your trip (cruise, transport, accommodation) and the payment gateway. We never sell personal data.
4. Retention
Booking data is kept for the period required by accounting law, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you may access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent. Write to booking@bacviet.travel.
6. Cookies
We use cookies needed to run the site (for example, remembering the booking you just made). Measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta) are used only if you press "Accept" in the cookie notice; you can decline and still book as usual.
